Every rug is tufted to order, so delivery takes 12–15 days pan-India from confirmed payment. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships. Express tufting (5–7 days) is available at checkout for select sizes.
Returns and Exchanges
Free swap within 7 days of delivery if your rug arrives damaged or defective — no questions asked. Since every piece is made to order, we don't offer change-of-mind returns, so take your time on size and colour before you check out.
